ANSWER TO Eric (below): That was Nina Gerber, the longtime accompanist of Kate Wolf (who wrote that song). Nina and Scott Nygaard each play on about half the songs on the Reason & Rhyme album, which I'm glad you love! Kathy recently got to play with Nina during a series of benefits for and tributes to Sarah Elizabeth Campbell, and digits are crossed that it'll happen again.

ANSWER TO Christa (below): What Do You Dream About? and, indeed, any of Kathy's CDs not currently available through CD Baby or County Sales or other outlets are available from us. Just write <[email protected]>. Thanks for your interest & support!

ANSWER TO Theresa (below): Kathy never recorded "My Florida Sunshine," but Claire Lynch did … on her 2010 Rounder album, "Whatcha Gonna Do." It's a Bill Monroe song from the 1970s.

ANSWER to Laurel (below): The Good Ol' Persons recorded my song, "Center Of the World," on "Part Of a Story." You can see all the lyrics and listen to it here. It's also part of Kathy's gospel collection, "Count Your Blessings," released in 2011. Thanks for your interest!

Big Thanks to everyone for all the kind words!

Looking forward to seeing you soon - KK

Thank you all in the Kathy Kallick Band for a most enjoyable night at the Freight in Berkely, California last Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000. You warm us up on a cold raining night with great songs and playing. So nice to see former Good 'O Persons Beth Weil in the audience. She's a kind person and a great artist. Her works on CDs covers are just wonderful. Thank you Peter Thompson for a job well-done at the CDs and tapes table. Look like you made many sales and made everyone happy buying! Also your local radio program on KALW-FM is a great program on Bluegrass music and it hisrory. Also the info on the new stars of Bluegrass, and your information on upcoming Bluegrass concerts and playing around the San Francisco Bay Area is very helpful. Thank you Peter! And most of all, thank you Kathy, Amy, Tom, and Avram, of the Kathy Kallick Band! My very best to you all.

Attended the Kathy Kallick Band's concert at Berkeley's Freight and Salvage on 2-26-00 and was most impressed. Great singing and playing and quite entertaining. Was pleased to hear 2 old favorites, "The Storms Are On The Ocean" and "Waterbound" and really enjoyed the original songs.

Your CD was given us by a Berkeley friend of one of your group. What a stunner! The harmonies are wonderful and I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out just how they work, my ear pressed to the speaker as I drive to work. Neck-cricking experience. Please let me know if you ever come to the Calvin in Northampton. Or anywhere in central Mass, for that matter. Thanks so much for your work. Nick Thompson
